Paul Limrat
Before setting out on his own over 20 years ago, Paul used his MBA in business and a passion for property development to manage multiple projects for one of the top development organisations in Thailand.
Communication during any development project is key to staying within budget and on schedule and essential in maintaining high standards. To this end Paul established his own development team to see projects through from start to finish.
While it’s quite common for his teams to be independently subcontracted out to other projects throughout Thailand. The PP Grand Kamala project has Paul’s entire team involved, keeping the project in-house.

Brick is more environmentally friendly material, it’s also weighs less than pre-formed concrete slabs used in so many projects these days. Brick walls also make it easier and more efficient to alter room layouts if desired.
